Your tasks
- Strategic and operational management of the 3D division with a focus on quality, efficiency and innovation
- Responsibility for visual excellence and technical development
- Management, motivation and further development of the 3D team
- Identification and implementation of new technologies, trends and tools in the field of CGI
- Resource and budget planning and responsibility
Your profile
- Several years of management experience in CGI/3D
- High quality standards and a strong understanding of visualization and animation
- Leadership experience with a clear sense of team development, motivation and coaching
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner towards customers and partners
- Passion for innovation and further development in the field of CGI and AI
